Really great hotel, ideally placedfor good public transport links. Food was reasonably priced and high quality. Rooms slightly small but adequate, modern and clean. Will definately use again.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - lots of choice and really well cooked each day. We were disappointed in the set meal which was included in our stay but overall we had a great time, the staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay there again if we could replicate the special offer rates we received.

I love this hotel. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. I love the location - I jog in mornings along Regents Canal or Primose Park. Near Abbey Road and Cricket fields.

Excellent service as usual

We attended the Olympic games and the location and helpfulness of the staff were exemplary. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, had a great fitness room and all the service staff were great. The only attribute I would say is less than 5 stars was the food. The quantity was plenty but the quality, especially of meats, was fair to good.

A lovely find just a short bus ride from Baker Street, very friendly staff with a high standard of customer service and value for money. Wonderful breakfast and comfy bed with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. 5 *****

It is excellent hotel, very good service, the staff very kind and helpful. The area around the hotel fantastic, Regents Park is very near and the London zoo etc. For shopping you should take the bus. The tube station is little bit far.

Congratulation, keep level high!

The first suite that we were allocated was very, very cold as someone had left the window wide open. I telephoned reception and was immediately moved to a new room. and with the minimum of trouble. These things happen and I had no complaints. Both rooms were very clean and well appointed and I would have no hesitation in returning.

Underbart familjerum, stort och fint och med sköna sängar till alla och härligt badrum med badkar. Barnen fick nallar vid incheckningen. Bra hotell om man har bil med sig då det är utanför congestion zone och har egen parkering. Jättefin frukost!

Good: Micul dejun excelent, cafeaua foarte buna, poziția destul de aproape de centru și de mijloace de transport, patul foarte confortabil. Curățenie zilnică. Bad: Am avut camere nerenovate, nu știu restul hotelului cum este dar mobila în cele două camere rezervate de noi era veche, în niciun caz la nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele. Produsele de igiena la baie insuficiente, ni s-a făcut refill dar cu economie exagerată, tot insuficiente au fost. Dușul este extrem de incomod, cu cap ne-detașabil.

Quarto grande, limpo, muito confortável Ótimo café da manhã, ponto de ônibus na esquina do hotel, que te deixa no centro em 5min, metrô a 11 min do hotel.

Good: Pequeno-almoço muito bom, localização suficientemente central e com muito fácil acesso a transportes mas também bastante tranquila.

Good: Hôtel et chambres agréables, petit déjeuner correct. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro St John’s Street et 15 min de Baker Street qui est mieux desservie. Le point fort de cet hôtel est le bon rapport qualité prix pour le centre de Londres. Bad: Le chauffage était en panne à l’étage de la chambre familiale en duplex mais un radiateur électrique a rapidement été apporté. Problème connu et commun aux chambres duplex du dernier étage, mais chambre néanmoins louées sans geste commercial. Aucunes étagères dans les salles de bain.

Good: La posizione dell'hotel è ottima: dista circa 10 minuti da Baker Street e 10 minuti da St. John's Wood, entrambe stazioni molto servite per la metro. La colazione è ottima, con varietà di dolci e salati. La camera non è grandissima ma si trova comunque tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, i letti molto comodi Bad: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema di riscaldamento nella nostra camera, che non è mai stato risolto anche se comunque lo staff ci ha fornito una stufetta elettrica che abbiamo utilizzato per tutto il soggiorno.

Good: Overnattingsstedet hadde veldig god frokost og gode tidspunkter på frokosten. Hotellrommet var som beskrevet på beskrivelsen og jeg likte hotellpersonalet. De var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. De virket å ha respekt for alle gjestene og jeg følte meg trygg under oppholdet. Bad: Mislikte teppegulvet på hotellrommet. Men hvis det er det eneste så er det ikke så ille.

Duplexkamer is geweldig voor een gezin. Op de 11e verdieping waardoor prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer goed. Meer dan genoeg keuze en wordt voortdurend aangevuld. Bushalte is om de hoek waarvandaan voortdurend bussen vertrekken richting Bakerstreet (metro), is nog geen 5 min. Ook fijn een supermarkje naast hotel voor een flesje drinken etc. Bad: Niets

Utrolig lækkert sted på alle punkter og nemt at komme til midtbyen på 10-15 min med bus lige uden for døren - selvom toget kørte lige ved siden af hotellet hørte vi det ikke med mindre vi havde vinduet åbent Personalet var noget af det flinkeste vi længe har mødt især den unge tranee var fantastisk
