Good: Lovely location for walking around/through Regent’s Park to Zoo or Camden Town (35mins) for the northern line train/tube rather than getting the bus which was also very close. Walking or busses are great for seeing all of London architecture. We didn’t upgrade when offered as we were only there to sleep/shower/eat go out again. Wonderful help yourself breakfast. Our room was on 11th floor with a partial view of lords. Bad: Main access is on a side road rather than main roundabout access- google maps probably said that but I assumed different.

Good hotel right beside Regents Park and 15mins walk from Baker St Station. Plenty of staff about and all polite and helpful. We were in a deluxe room king and included complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, biscuits and water + bathrobe/slippers. Great buffet breakfast, loads of choice, and although busy, food all kept topped up.

Good: The location was great - close to Regent’s Park, Lord’s Cricket ground, Abbey Road and walking around central London. The bed was really comfortable and there were good views of the London skyline from the 8th floor room. Good breakfast Bad: The bath was slightly narrow and I almost got stuck trying to get out!

Good: Convinient for my business in St John’s Wood Bad: I still do not like the shower in a bathtop. Very dangerous to someone over eighty, no safety rails etc. All so shower head too concentrated not very pleasant, actually old fashion from the eighties.

Good: I liked the location. We ate breakfast and dinner every night there. Very well done. Bad: It says the concierge would help us with transportation. My husband went done to procure a taxi to airport. We were basically told to make our own arrangements.

Convenient location for public transportation and nice area. Clean room and bathroom. However shower door was not fitted properly and water leaked onto the floor. Bedroom Blackout drapes a little too short so the morning light came through earlier than we would have liked. Good and plentiful breakfast though scrambled eggs and baked beans were cold by 7:30 am. Hope on our return visit on the 14th the fruit will be varied a little. Missed my morning banana or apple. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good: Great location although in the middle of busy roads, room was quiet and comfortable, staff very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Bad: Main entrance to hotel is not very attractive with cars swinging in and wonky steps. Machine coffee at breakfast not so good.

Highly recommend but slight glitch when arrived. Room allocated wasn’t city side and was a double not twin room. As it was fully booked had to wait 45 mins for adjustment, and delay resulted in missed appointments. We asked for a something In return for inconvenience but didn’t get it.Overall very nice highly recommend.Food and drink selections very good excellent breakfast. Good: The staff were all so helpful and very polite. They were on hand to help with our luggage and open doors which was a great help as I am a wheelchair user. The hotel was very wheelchair accessible, which is always a worry when I go to new places. I loved the large glass bottles of water each day in the room and the mini fridge to keep it cool.

Good: We chose this hotel due to its close location to Lords cricket ground and also the price. The Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are clean, bright and welcoming. Our room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed. The bath / shower / toilet were clean and worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection. The location was second to none! So close to Lords and Regents Park. Our friends also decided to stay and they were also impressed. One couple decided to drive and there was plenty of parking. Good parking facility on site ( free for Blue Badge holders). Generally very helpful friendly staff. Bad: All good, but we felt the 2 members of staff at reception on arrival were doing a job they weren't happy in. Both fairly unfriendly, which didn't reflect on the overall stay.

Good: An excellently located hotel, if you are arriving from Luton airport, the National express bus stops twenty meters from the hotel in both directions, city buses 13 and 113 stop right in front of the hotel, metro lines are also not far away. A short walk will take you to a beautiful part of London - Marylebone, Little Venice, Nothing Hill or Hampstead. Regents Park is opposite the hotel. We really enjoyed visiting all these parts of the city. Marylebone station is about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, from where you have a direct train to Oxford. The hotel staff is professional and friendly and we were done checking in and out in a minute. The hotel room is spacious, the bed linen and towels are very clean, the bathroom as well. We received two bottles of drinking water in the room every day. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and two types of pillows were offered. Breakfast is fresh, varied and plentiful, typically English, coffee and juices and smoothies were excellent. There is a very warm and pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. Bad: In the bathroom, only an overhead shower was installed, there was no hand shower, I didn't want to wet my hair every time.

Third visit here. The hotel is marvellous and you are truly looked after here. Staff were as great as always and we got a card and balloon, plus an upgrade for our anniversary. Breakfast is of great quality also. 💯 Will return, couldnt fault anything, had an excellent stay.

Good: From the moment we arrived and were greeted by I think Justine(said trainee on her badge) who was absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful all the staff we came into contact with were fabulous and helpful . I don’t use lifts so requested a low floor which w given to me and was great … second floor and fabulous room … car parking was easy and gave keys to concierge who again was most helpful .. Really nice reception area and bar and it exceeded my expectations completely and I would not hesitate to stay here again . Bad: Cold Water in bathroom sink was very slow but minor issue really

Reception and concierge staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. Again, staff were excellent with excellent attention to detail. Bar staff were great and our pizza and fries in the bar were lovely and arrived in no time at all. We love staying here because the location is brilliant for walking, sightseeing and within close reach of public transportation.

Good: Every time we come back because we especially love the breakfast, not only for the variety of choice, but especially for the warm and sincere kindness and professionalism of Shihab and his team. Sure, there are young people learning their job, but even so, they always work with grace. Bad: Check-in. Slow and they don't check with you your booking, type of room etc.

Good: We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We are very familiar with the location as we used to live in the area and we love the proximity to Regents Park and the easy access to central London shopping and attractions. We personally walk everywhere but there are buses as well for those who prefer to use transport. We also stayed in recently renovated rooms which were perfect. I was very satisfied with the stay.

Good: Staff were amazing. All so helpful. Food was lovely and breakfast was so fresh with plenty of choice Bad: Shower was over the bath. I travelled with my dad who has mobility issues. So climbing into / over a bath to have a shower was challenging.
