This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand your disappointment. Your comments have been shared with the relevant team to be reviewed and addressed. Please also kindly note that we do not provide a complimentary shuttle service. We can of course arrange a taxi on your behalf; however, as we use private taxi companies, the cost may sometimes be higher. For this reason, we usually advise guests that using services such as Uber or other online taxi options can be more convenient and often more cost-effective. We understand, however, that guests looking for a busier atmosphere with more shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby may have a different experience.
