Good: Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay overnight. Room service staff and concierge staff were helpful and so lovely. Room very comfy (king deluxe). Great coffee machine and tea/coffee facilities. Fridge was so helpful. We had room service due to my earlier surgery and food was excellent. Outside hotel appearance needs upkeep but inside is really lovely. Very opposite visually. Bad: Reception staff I found very smartly dressed but curt and not very helpful. We arrived early for my surgery and left our case. Concierge were so helpful and stepped forward as soon as we arrived by taxi. The Receptionist gave us no details on the hotel itself at all after we checked in and confirmed all was paid apart from that we could fetch the key at 3pm. No details on restaurants; breakfast; gym; or any facilities at all. We had to ask for somewhere we could get a coffee and she just pointed. No information offered at all. No-one available to serve a drink there anyway until 20 minutes later when we had to flag someone down. It’s a shame as it doesn’t give a good first impression once you get past the concierge. A receptionist I would expect to be more forthcoming and much friendlier when inviting guests to the hotel. We were also woken at 11:30pm by a phone call from reception saying we hadn’t paid for a drink at the bar 20 minutes prior and we need to come down and pay our bill. We were both confused and half asleep asking each other if one of us had gone to the bar!!Then suddenly she said oh sorry wrong room number. Mistakes happen but it was disappointing as we took ages to fall asleep again.

Excellent hotel - well located for Lords, Regents Park and Baker Street. Room was clean and very well equipped; staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast.

Good: Our room was a paid upgrade through Booking.Com and it was lovely thank you. A lovely bathroom and bed was really appreciated after a very long day travelling to the cricket from York. The hotel is so convenient for Lords, we will definitely stay here again. Bad: After a very delayed journey, and watching some great cricket we wanted some food and drink in the bar, which we weren't able to do because there was not space for us. A bit disappointing - we bought a drink and took it up to our room.

Good: Superb location. Just between St Johns Wood and Bakerstreet. Both stations are within walking distance. The area is not central and quiet during the evenings. Will stay again! Bad: The facilities are slightly dated, but thats not uncommon for London hotels.

Ideal as a place to stay before a day of cricket at Lords. Lovey to wander around Regents Park and Little Venice, also visit Abbey Road. All a short walk from the hotel. Food was very good and staff helpful.

Good: The room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was clean! A big window made the view nice outside. Its location is perfect - close to bus stops and a metro station. The breakfast area has been renovated (I think) and is brilliant. Big windows here bring in a lot of positivity. The food selection is quite elaborate too. Overall, a very nice hotel to live in Bad: The exterior of the hotel could do with a make-over. The drive way into the hotel, the porch, all need a making over

Good: Great location 20 mns walk from St. John’s wood Tube station. The walk from tube to hotel felt very safe. The room was so quiet, and had great air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfasts. Fridge and kettle in the room. Bad: Nothing.

Incredible service. Unlike anything I have ever experienced. Could not do more for you and then somehow did extra. Would happily visit again and again. Staff are amazing, rooms are beautiful. Good: The hotel is perfectly situated, literally across the road from Lord’s cricket ground. I requested a room with a view to celebrate my 60th birthday and was not let down, when I opened the curtains to see the Nursery End of the Lord’s ground. In addition to this the staff had hand written a birthday card and left a complimentary scented candle and reed diffuser. The rooms were clean and air conditioned, as was the lobby area, which was a nice welcome on a very hot day. The hotel is within walking distance of Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. We drove from Staffordshire to High Wycombe and caught the train into Marylebone, which is a direct train. We caught the tube from Baker Street to central London to visit the MC Escher exhibition at Somerset House and even managed to join in with the London Pride celebrations. We didn’t have breakfast as part of the package, but opted to eat at a local eatery, “The Good Life” in St John’s Wood, a five minute walk, followed by a walk in Regents Park, also five minutes walk away. We checked out just before 12 o’clock and asked if we could leave our bags in storage whilst we attended the Women’s T20 World Cup final across the road. The whole weekend could not have been more perfect. Thank you to all the staff, who were all extremely helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, especially if you enjoy your cricket. Bad: There was nothing that I did not like.

Excellent location, close to Regent Park and London Zoo, also not too far from city centre, about 15 mins by Taxi or Uber. Parking available but limited space (30£ for 24H) with 2 charging points. Strange rule is you need to leave your car keys in the reception during your stay. Breakfast is good with lot if options. Staff in general are very kind but one of receptionist isn't friendly and helpful at all. Bar closes at 10pm. Rooms are slightly outdated but very comfortable, especially mattress. There is a fridge, safe and iron etc in the room.

Property was only a 10-20 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Baker St Station is a major transfer point, and just a 3-4 minute bus ride. Bus stop 2-3 minutes from property. Staff were helpful, and attentive. Property was quiet. Small convenience store right next door. Property clean and room sufficient.

Good: We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The really seemed to enjoy working there. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the buffet was well laid out. The room was serviced promptly each day. Bad: There are very few restaurants close the the hotel, but this was compensated by the high quality of the meals served in the hotel dining room.

Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! Good: Breakfast was very basic. Location was excellent Bad: There could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast spread. The staff will literally walk you out of the breakfast room once breakfast is over. That happened to me a paying customer. It put a big dent in my stay.

The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Room was well presented and spacious.The bed was very comfortable and large. Every member of staff that we met was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. We didn't park at the hotel but noted that it was very limited. Great place to stay and would definitely use again.

We had a 3 day stay at the hotel the previous week and returned because we liked it.

Good: Building doesnt look as good as the experience was. Beds were comfortable, great pillows and sheets and nice touch with cookies amd tea coffee. Viewnfrom the room was lovely to lords. bar downstairs was good. Bad: Arrived tired and the keys provided didnt work so had to return downstairs.

Good: Convenient and easy to get to Bad: Parking is expensive

Good: Lovely location for walking around/through Regent’s Park to Zoo or Camden Town (35mins) for the northern line train/tube rather than getting the bus which was also very close. Walking or busses are great for seeing all of London architecture. We didn’t upgrade when offered as we were only there to sleep/shower/eat go out again. Wonderful help yourself breakfast. Our room was on 11th floor with a partial view of lords. Bad: Main access is on a side road rather than main roundabout access- google maps probably said that but I assumed different.
