Good: W skrócie wszystko :). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, wszędzie czysto, pokuj odnowiony nie mający jeszcze praktycznie zniszczen. Kompleks basenowy z gorąca woda super sprawa dla zmęczonych nóg po zwiedzaniu, jak i dla dziecka które mogło się wyszaleć w cieple. Śniadania różnorodne i napewno każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Dostępny parking. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklep gdzie możemy kupić np wode na wyprawę. Bad: Odległość do centrum - jeżeli ktoś się nastawia na piesze wyprawy. Natomiast jeżeli ogarniemy komunikację miejska przestaje to być już problemem, blisko do przystanków jak I metra.

Good: Moderne, hochwertige Ausstattung. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf Donau, Margareteninsel und Altstadt. Bad: Es gibt nichts aufzuführen.

Good: Fin beliggenhet, fint hotell og flott spa anlegg Bad: Vi opplevde mangelfull oppfølging av romvask. Vaskingen ble utført sent på dagen, toalettpapir ble ikke etterfylt, og støvsuging under sengen var ikke gjennomført. Videre kunne personalet med fordel ha fremstått mer imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte.

We had a great stay at Danubius Helia Hotel Budapest. The check-in took about an hour, but it wasn’t a problem since we explored the city in the meantime. The view from our room was directly over the river, which was beautiful. The hotel provided free bathrobes with belts and slippers, which was a nice touch. Our room had a solid modern Samsung TV with plenty of international channels and absolutely no lags. All elevators worked perfectly, everything was clean, and there was no noise at all. Overall, very good value for money. The breakfast was nice as well ! I really recommend The Fitness Upgrade too! So we really enjoyed our stay here!

Good: Ottima posizione con mezzi di trasporto vicini, struttura moderna e nuova, parcheggio disponibile, colazione e cena a buffè buonissime e abbondanti, accesso libero alla spa. Bad: Parcheggio a 12€ al giorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo fatto chiesto delle informazioni riguardo la città e la receptionist (magra e bionda), nonostante ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande esaustivamente, è sembrata infastidita e svogliata a rispondere.

Good: Locația. Bad: La etajul 1(cu balcon) priveliștea spre Dunăre a fost obturată aproape în totalitate de copacii de pe spațiul verde! Nu, nici nu sunt împotriva spațiilor verzi, dar dacă plătești 100€ în plus, măcar să ai panoramă! Încă un punct negativ, deși rezevarea a fost făcută în mai(27), ni s-a spus de la recepție că (virgulă) camerele au fost repartizate în ordinea rezervării! Acest aspect mă face să am dubii în privința repartizării camerelor, cele de la etajele superioare cu balcon vorbesc, cred că aș putea spune discriminatorii pentru turiștii străini, în favoarea celor autohtoni(dar nu am cum dovedi). Acest aspect mă face să nu mai prefer acest hotel în viitor!

Good: Profesionálny a ochotný personál, vybavenie hotela, wellnes, raňajky a večere formou bufetu - bohatý výber, zariadenie izby, poloha hotela, veľká spokojnosť. Bad: Na izbe bol prach, na parapetách, na stolíkoch, prach v kúpeľni a nevynesený smetný kôš po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, chýbal jeden župan.... riešené s milým recepčným v našu spokojnosť, ale troška nás to po príchode sklamalo...

Good: Hotel frumos pozitionat pe malul Dunarii la 2km de Palatul Parlamentului. Camere foarte curate, mancare diversificata si foarte buna. In fiecare seara cand se mergea la masa se oferea cate un pahar de sampanie sau de suc pentru copii. Seara se ofera apa plata la discreție. Piscinele sunt foarte ok. Cea mica pentru copii avea temperatura de 38 grade, cea mijlocie 20-30grade iar cea mare 25-26grade. Parcare suficienta contra cost. 12 euro/ nopate. Cand voi veni din nou la Budapesta voi alege din nou acest hotel. Bad: Nu a fost ceva ce sa nu-mi placa.

Good: Totul este la superlativ. Am avut un apartament LifeStyle foarte frumos. Avea doua bai, sala de forță, sauna etc. Mancarea diversificata pentru toate gusturile Loc de parcare 12 euro/zi Recomand cu incredre. Aproape de obiective turistice ale orașului.

Good: Bardzo ładne, zadbane pokoje. Dostawka dla dziecka to pełnowymiarowe rozkładane łóżko z dobrym materacem. Śniadania powtarzalne, ale duży wybór. Baseny to duży plus. Niedaleko stacji metra. Bad: Niestety przed hotelem unosił się brzydki zapach kanalizacji.

Good: Hotel je na odličnoj poziciji, javnim prijevozom sve je jako dobro povezano, pogled na Dunav je opuštajući. Sobe su nove, uredne i udobne. Osoblje je pristupačno i susretljivo. Bad: Kada smo došli soba nije bila spremna nego smo morali čekati sat vremena dulje, s malim djetetom. U sobi nije bilo ispražnjeno smeće od prijašnjih gosti.

Okusen, odličen zajtrk, zelo lepe prenovljene sobe s pogledom na otok in Donavo, prijeten bazen, savna, spa, bližina javnega prevoza in seveda ne smem pozabiti na zelo varen parking za rampo in pod kamero pred hotelom za 12€/dan. Zadnji dan po opravljeni odjavi pa sem brez skrbi in brezplačno imel avto parkiran pred hotelom, medtem ko smo še uživali v mestu. Vse pohvale , hvala Vam in se še kdaj vidimo. Bad: Vse je OK.

Good: Colazione eccezionale!!! Piscine sfuttabili e facilità di accesso e fruizione. Pulizia e comodità ovunque. Buona posizione Bad: Temperatura dell'aria condizionata in camera un po' alta e non regolabile oltre. Difficile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno.

Good: Hotel molto bello. Moderno e raffinato. Stanza vista Danubio davvero meravigliosa e soprattutto dorata di ogni comfort. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Colazione e cena molto variegate, entrambe a buffet. Cucina internazionale che cerca di accontentare i vari palati. I dolci della cena molto molto buoni. Piscine bellissime e pulite. Aperte praticamente tutto il giorno con 3/4 ore in cui viene richiesto assoluto silenzio per un totale relax. Sauna e bagno turco nella norma. Elevato il livello di pulizia sia nelle stanze che negli spazi comuni. Personale del ristorante e della SPA molto cortese al contrario di quello del resto dell'hotel. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo. Bad: Staff alla reception, al bar e al deposito bagagli. Nessuna empatia con i clienti. Per lo più scortesi. Siamo stati trattati con sufficienza quando abbiamo riferito di conoscere poco l'inglese. L'unica grande pecca di questa bellissima struttura.

Good: Ottima esperienza di relax! Colazione davvero eccellente, con ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. La spa è il vero punto forte: quattro piscine, bagno turco, sauna e possibilità di massaggi, tutto molto curato e rilassante. L’hotel non è proprio in centro, ma in taxi si arriva comodamente in 10-15 minuti, con un costo accessibile. Perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità senza rinunciare alla possibilità di visitare la città.

Good: Exteriorul nu m-a impresionat, insa hotelul este unul de 4 stele, isi merita laudele. Camerele sunt grozave, pat confortabil, personalul este foarte amabil, micul dejun bogat si diversificat. Ja es gibt sicherlich zwei drei Punkt mit denen man Recht hat. Die Fassade: die ist tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mir und das scheint nicht vielen so zu gehen ist aber sehr bewusst was so eine Fassade für so einen großen Bau kosten würde und ganz große Teile des Hotels sind von innen renoviert worden. Alles kostet Geld. Also. Lieber in dem Falle auch auf die inneren Werte achten. „Der Wellness-Bereich ist in die Jahre gekommen“. Joa. Auch hier ist wohl die Meinung einiger Menschen etwas entglitten. Ja natürlich kann auch dieser Bereich nicht alle 2 Jahre voll saniert und renoviert werden. Würde dies gemacht werden würde es diesmal sicher heissen: „warum bauen die genau jetzt um?!“ „das ist aber laut hier“ also. Das Schwimmbad ist völlig in Ordnung. Es ist eine GRATIS Leistung, die das Hotel ZUSÄTZLICH leistet. Ich habe in ähnlichen Hotels übernachtet und die hatten solche Bereiche nicht. Sicher ist dem Management bewusst wo die Schwächen sind und wird was dran tun. Das Innere des Hotels, also was wir gesehen haben: untere Etage (Lobby, Check in und Frühstück/ Restaurant) und die Etage 1 waren stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück hier war grandios. Und in Summe kann ich mit dem Preis echt gut leben. Also zum Abschluss: ja jedes Hotel hat so seine Schwächen. Aber viele (…) Menschen haben halt kaum eine Ahnung was da hinter steckt und wissen auch nicht was sich manche Gäste so rausnehmen und kaputt machen und so weiter. Von daher bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Management ein gutes Auge auf die Dinge hat, die noch zu verbessern sind und ist sicherlich gewillt nach Kräften etwas dafür zu tun.

Good: uzastny hotel, v uzastnom prostredi. malokedy sa stava, ze obrazky a popis su horsie ako realita, no tu to na 100% plati. boli sme nesmierne prekvapeni, tym ako to vyzera. prilahly park, je nieco ako skanzen, povodna dedina s mnozstvom atrakci pre kazdeho, obzvlast pre deti. boli sme 9 dni, no kazdy den sme tam nasli nieco nove. z plaze, vzdialenej max.200m, mate pocit, ze patri iba iba vam. vacsinou sme tam boli iba sami. hned vedla je komplex restauracii. samostatnou kapitolou su ranajky. su sice len do 9-tej, no su neskutocnym zazitkom. Bad: my sme mali auto, ale pokial ho nemate, moze byt transport na miesto, ci pripadny vylet mimo dediny problem

Good: Śniadanie było smaczne, Hotel ok. Bad: W pokoju było kilka pająków i pajęczyna na oknie - nie do opanowania z fobią. I kolejna rzecz która uraziła, mężczyzna w saunie który na golasa sobie ćwiczył rozciąganie bleee

Good: Habitaciones excelentes con camadas muy cómodas. El gimnasio es espectacular y el spa está muy bien. El desayuno es muy muy completo.Nos tocó una habitación con preciosas vistas al Danubio.. Bad: El metro conecta con el centro en unos 15 min. La estación de metro está a unos 10 minutos caminando

Good: Die Modernisierung des Hotels, das sicherlich schon in die Jahre gekommen war, ist sehr gut gelungen. Die Zimmer sind nicht übermäßig groß aber freundlich und mit allerlei Lichteffekten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer wurde ebenfalls modernisiert. Jetzt gibt´s eine große Dusche, für Toilette und Waschtisch ist dennoch genug Platz geblieben. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das umfangreiche vielfätiges Frühstücksbuffet, das eigentlich keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Bad: Naja, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Boden im Zimmer geschenkt werden. Der war nicht sauber und in den Ecken und hinter dem Mülleimer war der "Staub der letzten drei Wochen" zu sehen. Mir ist bekannt das die Mitarbeiter/innen im Zimmerservice und Reinigungsbereich immer sehr unter Druck stehen. Daher meine Empfehlung, weniger Druck auf die Mitarbeiter, sondern diesen etwas mehr Zeit geben oder das Personal aufstocken.

Good: Las piletas nos encanto que fueran a difente temperaturas, el desayuno muy bueno y la oferta de cena. Todo muy lindo! Bad: La verdad que no tengo nada que decir al respecto. Quizás el Sofa cama no fue para nada cómodo para un adulto alto (1.80m) le quedaban los pies afuera. Es lo único que no nos gusto.

Good: The hotel is very clean (including the rooms, the beds etc) and has pools with warm water and sauna where you can relax perfectly after a long car ride. The employees were respectful and helpful. Bad: - - - well.. the coffee at breakfast could taste better .. but this is a subjective opinion.. ----

Good: The best hotel in budupest!!!. This is our third time at this hotel and we will definitely return to it on every trip to Budapest. The hotel design is outstanding and very pleasant to stay in. The pool and spa are excellent and very luxurious. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a metro station and about 100 meters from a bus stop. The staff is allways friendly, smiling and provides wholehearted service. It seems that the hotel has thought of everything to provide a pleasant stay and Fulfill all of the hotel guest requests. Flavored water is served at the entrance to the hotel and there is a cold water and soda dispenser at the pool. We received a new bottle of water in our room every day. In short, a very high standard hotel and highly recommended. Bad: There are few TV channels, and most of them are not in English.

Good: The rooms and the pools were great. Food was also good., there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Bad: The rooms were not cleaned properly, one day all they did was empty bins and close curtains. They didn't replenish tea or coffee, didn't clean cups or make the beds or hoover the floors and we were there for 5 days we had to ask for clean towels etc

Good: J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner qui est assez complet, la piscine où nous avons suffisamment d'espace et le confort de la chambre. Bad: Certains membres du personnel du petit déjeuner sont peu aimables.

Good: Hotel byl nově zrekonstruovaný. Velice krásný, čistý, velké prostory v lobby a v restauraci (snídárně). Bad: Wellness bazény i šatny byly starší (obklady a zařízení). V pokoji malá koupelna, ale stačila na pár nocí. Na snídani mě zklamali, že dělali už z namíchaných vajíček, které byly hnusné.

Good: Den SPA-Bereich des Hotels und die Nähe zum öffentlichen Bus. Wer lieber gleich mit der U-Bahn fahren möchte, muss ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss dorthin. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es auch in der Nähe. Das Frühstück fanden wir gut, ebenso die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau :-) Bad: Eigentlich nichts :-)

Good: Personal amabil, locatie foarte buna. Bad: Pe terasa piscinei nu exista umbrele, la 38 de grade afara nu aveai cum sa stai. Curatenia din camera nu prea se facea, nu se ștergea praf sau aspirat pe jos (doar schimbat prosoapele si patul)

Good: We loved the hotel very much for its comfy beds, good breakfast and of course SPA! The huge pool and the steam room really made a difference in our stay. Looking forward to staying here again.

Recomand din suflet și cu toată încrederea acest hotel. Am petrecut 3 nopți în care ne-am simțit excelent. Curățenia exemplară, personalul amabil, mic dejunul foarte diversificat, piscinele interioare, amplasarea pe malul Dunării ne-au încântat așa de mult, astfel încât ne dorim să mai revenim. Vă mulțumim pentru tot!

Good: Generalnie pobyt na duży plus. Zacznę od dobrej lokalizacji - z lotniska można bez problemu dostać się do hotelu opcją autobus + metro (od stacji Dózsa György út do hotelu jest kilka minut na nogach). Personel miły, pokój jak najbardziej OK. Basen w niektórych miejscach wymaga już poprawy, ale i tak był miłym relaksem po całym dniu zwiedzania. Śniadania bardzo dobre, nam niczego nie brakowało. Obok hotelu jest market - można szybko wyskoczyć po zakupy. Stosunek jakości do ceny jaką zapłaciłem znakomity. Bad: Drobne niedoskonałości nie wpłynęły na moją ocenę całości.

Good: Hotel w tej cenie znacznie powyżej oczekiwań. Bardzo dobre wrażenie, wszystko jak trzeba, od personelu po śniadanie, czystość i ciszę. Polecam
