Good: Everything was wonderful: spaceous and clean rooms, comfortable beds very nice personnel, the hotel has a bus station near and you can easily get to any location. One of the pools was in repairs, but we used the other medium one. The breakfast was varied and had plenty of cereals, eggs, sausage, fruits, croissants etc. and the favorite for my little one Nutella pancakes 😊. Bad: The big pool if possible to have a warmer water.

Great stay with a minor spa letdown! We had a wonderful experience at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest. The overall stay was fantastic, with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and great facilities. The location was convenient, and everything ran smoothly during our trip. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was out of order during our visit, which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to using it. However, the rest of the wellness area and the general amenities were completely fine and made up for it. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in Danubis Hotel Helia. Everything was PERFECT. Staff, food, service, location, rooms. Highly reccomended!

Good: Izvrsna pozicija ,hotel uredan ,osoblje izrazito ljubazno, Bad: Nemam nikakvih zamjerki.

Good: Nice rooms, good breakfast, lobby…location. Bad: They say there are thermal pools in the hotel, but in fact it is not true, it is not thermal water, only heated normal water. The spa area doesn’t feel cozy and comfortable.

Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The second with another woman was awful!

Breakfast is amazing. Otherwise rooms are small but with wood floor and location isn't central, had to take Uber every day. It has parking but not free. Dinner bit pricey for that hotel.

Good: The room was excellent, and the pools fantastic. The selection and quality at the buffet breakfast was truly fabulous. Great food in the bistro too! Bad: There was a slight smell of damp in the bathroom. Nothing serious, but it let down the rest of the top quality facilities.

Good: Amplasarea, meniul si serviciile au fost foarte bune. Bad: La cădița de la duș, apa se infiltrat in baie ceea ce nu era conform așteptărilor. De fiecare dată dupa ce făceam duș, ar fi trebuit să adunam apă dar nu aveam cu ce! Acesta ar fi minusul înregistrat de aceasta dată!

Good: L appartement long séjour très fonctionnel et très bien equipé, bonne literie, belle vue sur le Danube et l'île. Tres bon petit déjeuner très complet. Bad: Éloigné du centre ..3 bains ..seulement 2 accessible. la piscine chaude n'était finalement pas accessible malgré l'annonce de fin de travaux le 22/10...du coup, bcp de monde dans la meme piscine..

Good: Zimmer schön modern renoviert! Lobby auch sehr großzügig und modern. Bad: Der Spa-Bereich/Poollandschaft ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt nicht sehr gemütlich.

Good: Ein wirklich tolles Hotel direkt an der Donau. Es liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, mit den Öffis (Bus oder Metro) ist man aber in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus. Die Metro-Station 7 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Frühstück ist mega gut, deutlich besser und umfangreicher als ein normales Standard-Hotelfrühstück. Zimmer war sauber und modern. Das besondere Highlight ist der Spa-Bereich mit Pool und Sauna. Hier sind auch die Öffnungszeiten von 7-22 Uhr wirklich super! Meines Erachtens eine 100%ige Empfehlung. Zwar nicht ganz zentral (siehe oben), man bekommt dafür aber einen 1a-Spabereich dazu, zum Preis eines direkten Zentrumshotels ohne Pool.

Good: Posizione comoda al centro (meno di 10 min di taxi con Bolt prezzo 4/5000 UHF), zona residenziale con ristoranti non turistici nelle vicinanze. Moderno e pulito, colazione adeguata alle 4 stelle. Ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo. Bad: Niente

Good: Snídaně byla asi nejlepší, co jsme kdy měli, a to hodně cestujeme. Bohatý výběr a všeho dostatek. Líbil se nám dětský koutek s nádobím i vstřícnost vůči různým strávníkům -asijská kuchyně, bezlepková i ta velmi tradiční. Bad: Ukryté schodiště. Ne každý má rád výtahy.

Good: Vynikající snídaně i večeře, milý personál, čistota, teplé bazény, výhodná poloha. Příště bychom si určitě vybrali stejný hotel🤩

Good: Außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, innen aber neu renoviert und sehr schön.

Good: Pokoj vypadal přesně jak bylo inzerováno, vše čisté, pohodlné, na pokoji župany, voda i čaj/káva, vše denně doplňováno. Velmi velmi dobré snídaně a večeře, prosecco k snídani o víkendu a k večeri jedna sklenka také (nebo džus) plus karafa vody. Do welness není problém jít před check in, pokud přijedete dříve. Velký plavecký bazén, nikdy nebyl plný a teplejší termální, tak bylo lidí více. Možná i proto, že sedací bazén s vířivkou byl ještě v rekonstrukci. Dobrá dostupnost k památkám cca půl hodiny pěšky nebo bus c. 15, 75/79 zastávka blízko hotelu. Bad: Přijedeme určitě znovu a doufáme, že už bude i nejteplejší bazén v provozu.

Good: Curat, confortabil, mic dejun copios, zînă Spa curat și foarte comod. Personalul foarte amabil. Mulțumesc Bad: Nu sunt bai termale promise, nu sunt demult. Am ales de fapt din considerentele astea.

Good: The breakfast was rich and tasteful. The view was nice and the room was cosy. Bad: They don't clean the room properly. They put the dirty glasses upside down three days in a row. They didn't change the sheets often enough.

Good: Moc hezký pokoj, pohodlné postele, k dispozici ručníky, župan, papuče. Také možnost si uvarit čaj a kávu, lednička k dispozici. Snídaně vynikající, formou švédský stolů. Bad: Ve wellness centru nebyl napouštěn nejteplejší bazén, bez upozornění před příjezdem či přímo v hotelu.

Good: The fully renovated room and the breakfast selection was great. Bad: Strange smell on the corridor and in the guestroom upon arrival. Unfortunately receptionist person was not very kind upon arrival, no information was shared with us neither. Separated and naked sauna is strange in Budapest.

The hot tub was not working, excellent saunas and great restaurant!

We stayed in the long term apartment for 9 nights. Excellent view of the river, high quality bedding and towels. Great kitchenette with cookware. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our first trip to Budapest and it was amazing. Espresso machine in our room was delightful. Pricing was fair and breakfast buffet was nice and included in the room price.

Good: Super petit déjeuner de tout à volonté. La piscine et le spa que du bonheur. Bad: Manque de chaleur sur les plats du dîner. Un peu loin du centre ville mais des bus à proximité. À la réception, il faudrait une personne qui comprenne le français.

Good: Pokoj pěkný, s balkonem a výhledem na řeku. Na pokoji varná konvice a káva, čaj. Láhev minerální vody. Snídaně bezvadné a jelikož jsme měli polopenzi, chválím i večeře- výběrem z bufetu. K jídlu zdarma voda a sklenice džusu/šampusu. Wellness příjemné, škoda, že nejteplejší bazén byl vypuštěný.

Good: Hotel sme navštívili už asi štvrtýkrát, možno aj viackrát – či už s deťmi, alebo len s manželkou. Prístup personálu, čistota, raňajky aj polpenzia, vybavenie sú na dobrej úrovni. Z nášho pohľadu tu nájdeme všetko, čo od pobytu očakávame. Pri poslednej návšteve sa nám pokazilo ovládanie osvetlenia v izbe a niektoré svetlá sa nedali vypnúť. Na noc sme preto museli vytiahnuť kartu, ktorá aktivuje elektrinu v izbe. To nám trochu skomplikovalo noc, najmä keď deti potrebovali ísť potme na toaletu. Personál však zareagoval pohotovo a ako kompenzáciu nám poskytol bezplatné parkovanie. Takýto prístup oceňujeme a majú zaň u nás plusový bod. :) Bad: Na slabé odhlučnenie izieb sme upozorňovali už viackrát. Od susedov je počuť naozaj veľa, pomaly aj dýchanie. :-) Pri poslednom pobyte nás však najviac sklamali postele – tak nepohodlne sme sa už dávno nevyspali. Matrace by si podľa nás zaslúžili výmenu. Možno by pomohlo aj doplnenie roštov, ktoré pod matracmi chýbali. Každopádne by bolo dobré pohodlie postelí preveriť. Keď sa človek zle vyspí, ovplyvní to celý pobyt aj celkový dojem z inak dobrého hotela, čo je veľká škoda. Mrzelo nás tiež, že sme neboli vopred informovaní o rekonštrukcii jedného z bazénov. Z troch bazénov tak boli k dispozícii iba dva, pričom sme za pobyt zaplatili plnú cenu. O takomto obmedzení by podľa nás mali hostia vedieť vopred a považovali by sme za férové zohľadniť ho aj v cene pobytu alebo ponúknuť primeranú kompenzáciu.

Good: As usual the hotel was excellent, which is why I have stayed there many times. Only minus was that two of the three hot water pools were closed due to upcoming renovation. However, one hot water pool was open as well as the the swimming pool. Bad: As for booking.com I was forced into adding room insurance which I don’t need since I subscribe regularly to an annual travel insurance which would cover what the Zürich room insurance covers. When I went through the booking process and reached the feature “room insurance” there was already a check mark. I tried to uncheck and that didn’t work, but I was far in the process, so paid for it. After returning home I have now tested whether I overlooked how to uncheck. Not so, and this means that in the future I will consider other ways of booking.

Good: Comfortable, stylish, relaxed atmosphere. Everything worked.

Good: Udobne i prostrane sobe koje prati isto takvo kupatilo. Osoblje susretljivo i ljubazno. Doručak jako raznovrstan i ukusan. Bad: Ima prostora za napredak u SP-A zoni ali nije loša.

Byli jsme zde na víkend, pokoj byl pěkný, čistý, s balkonem. Na pokoji varná konvice a čaj, káva. K dispozici župany do wellness, kde je několik bazénů (některé termální), sauna, pára. Vstup do wellness neomezený. Zaplatili jsme si polopenzi a mohu doporučit. Snídaně i večeře formou bufetu s velkým výběrem. K večeři karafa vody a sklenka šampusu nebo džusu. Parkoviště před hotelem placené.

Good: Renovated and clean hotel, polite staff, beautifully designed rooms, and a lovely spa. They made sure to manage the breakfast crowd by splitting it into two shifts on the weekend. ​ Bad: ​Far from everything, which suited us less. The breakfast was not very varied.

Good: The hotel definitely met all our requirements; we would certainly consider staying there again. While it is located outside the city center, it offers an exceptionally good breakfast and a spa with pools. Furthermore, the distance proved manageable thanks to excellent public transportation. Bad: Only at the last minute did we realize that the hot tub was closed.

La habitación es espectacular y el servicio de limpieza es impecable. El desayuno es muy completo. Recomiendo la habitación con vista al río. El gimnasio es bastante grande con muchas máquinas.

Un hotel strepitoso

Good: Locatie excelenta pe malul Dunarii, intr-o zona linistita. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si foarte variat. Pot spune ca nu a lipsit nimic si este pentru toate gusturile. Hotelul dispune de o parcare exterioara destul de mare. Zona SPA este excelenta, bazine, sauna si masaj.

Good: Όμορφο δωμάτιο καθαρό και με θέα στο Δούναβη και το νησάκι Μαργαρίτα. Πολύ κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και περίπου τρακόσια m από στάση μετρό. Πάρα πολύ πλούσιος και ποιοτικός μπουφές, προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο και το spa τέλειο, η πισίνα 36-38*C! Η απόλυτη χαλάρωση.

就在多瑙河边上，位置绝佳。如果你喜欢跑步，千万不能错过。酒店干净整洁，特别是一楼的咖啡厅和餐厅不错。员工服务态度特别好，值得推荐。唯一可惜的是，我没有分到河景房
