Good: The staff is nice and helpful. The food is plenty and delicious. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open from early morning to late evening. Housekeeping is regular and the ladies very nice, always making sure we had everything we needed. Bad: -

Good: Concernant les points positifs de l’hôtel, le personnel a été excellent, que ce soit à la bagagerie, à la réception ou encore au bar. Les équipements sont complets et de très bonne qualité. La chambre est agréable et joliment décorée. La salle de petit-déjeuner est également très belle, on voit qu’elle a été rénovée récemment, ce qui apporte une impression de modernité. Bad: Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas particulièrement propre. Malheureusement, cette première impression s’est confirmée au fil des jours : le ménage semblait être effectué de manière très sommaire. Par exemple, une tasse sale a été laissée dans la chambre sans être remplacée, et le papier toilette n’a pas été réapprovisionné. Nous avons d’ailleurs dû en faire la demande auprès du personnel. Même constat concernant le petit-déjeuner. À l’inverse, il nous a semblé qu’il y avait beaucoup trop de personnel en salle. Dès que nous nous levions pour aller chercher quelque chose au buffet, notre table était débarrassée sans que l’on nous demande notre avis. À plusieurs reprises, nos assiettes ont été retirées alors que nous n’avions pas terminé, sans que nous ayons le temps de dire quoi que ce soit. Cette précipitation a été assez désagréable. Il serait sans doute préférable d’affecter une partie de ce personnel supplémentaire à l’entretien des chambres, où les besoins nous ont paru bien plus importants. Comme notre salle de bain était assez petite, ce n’était pas toujours évident. Même si nous sommes encore jeunes, la baignoire n’était pas vraiment pratique à utiliser au quotidien. De plus, il y avait très peu d’espaces de rangement pour nos affaires de toilette. Je souhaitais également préciser que le matelas était extrêmement mou. En revanche, certaines parties de l’établissement présentent un aspect un peu vieillissant, ce qui contraste avec les espaces rénovés et donne une impression moins homogène de l’ensemble de l’hôtel.

Good: Zentrum sehr schnell erreichbar. Entsprechend einer Großstadt liegt das Hotel ruhig. Hat alles was „Mensch“ bräuchte. Bad: Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Bad wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Good: Modern, clean, conveniently located. About 30 minutes walk by the Danube river to parliament square. Easy access to public transport by metro (10 min walk) or buses (2 min walk). Great Gym and swimming pool. Has 3 different pools different depth and temperature. All staff are helpful. From episode restaurant, front desk, spa to housekeeping. Bad: Nothing to mention here.

Prisupacnost za osobe sa invaliditetom, liftovi, stepenice na ulazu u bazen, parking ispred vrata hotela je nesto sto bih istakao kao poseban znacaj za ovu kategoriju putnika Bad: Nije mi se dopalo sto se uz dorucak sluze samo mesni proizvodi koje ne jedu muslimani, Malo bih pojacao temperaturu u velikom bazenu, takodjer naplata parkinga za goste hotela, sve u svemu moje iskustvo je izvrsno i rado cu se vratiti ponovo ovo je samo ono sto bih ja promijenio

Good: Sehr gutes Frühstück und haben Buffet, sehr modern eingerichtet. Und super höfliches Personal. Bad: Von außen sieht das Hotel leider nicht so einladend aus

Good: Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben keinerlei Kritik. Wir waren mit drei Kindern (1, 7 und 13 Jahre) für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer, welche mit einer Verbindungstür verbunden waren. Das empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und die Speisen waren sehr lecker und frisch. Die Auswahl war reichlich und ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zudem ist positiv zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel sehr sauber ist. Es wird täglich alles gereinigt. Vom Hotel aus konnte man bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten über Bus und Bahn erreichen.

距離地鐵站步行需要15分鐘就在三號線站窗外沿着能看到多瑙河風景還是不錯的，一樓有温泉可以游泳和泡温泉，健身房器械非常的強，早上7:00開門

Good: Ako vždy to boli výborné raňajky, pestrý výber jedál, výborný personál a čistota priestorov. Veľmi dobrý wellness, bazény a soľná jaskyňa. Bad: Izba bola pekne zrekonštruovaná, krásny dizajn, ale málo úložných priestorov: Na šaty, kabáty dostatok vešiakov ale málo poličiek na oblečenie a ostatné veci. Nelogické umiestnenie držiaka na tekuté mydlo vpravo na bočnej stene aj keď bolo dostatok miesta vedľa vodovodnej batérie a malinký radiátor na sušenie vecí v kúpeľni a na zavesenie ručníkov, županov a osušiek.

Good: The whole hotel facilities were good, it had a great view of the danube River. The availability of the parking slot is another good thing. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staffs were also very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel to any one coming to Budapest.

Good: Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, daher top und die Aussicht auf die Donau war Mega. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

Good: Hotel sme navštívili druhý krát. Krásny dizajn hotela, všade príjemná vôňa a milí personál. výborné jedlo či na raňajky alebo v reštaurácii Today, bazény, možnosť parkovania pri hoteli. Izby sú dostatočne veľké pre pár a majú všetko potrebné.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a quiet location by the Danube, with convenient public transportation to the city center. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

A good and safe choice in Budapest. The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind, and the spa facilities, including the pools, sauna, were great. The room and windows were quite small, and unfortunately, the towels often had stains. Overall, I had a good stay and would choose this hotel again.

Good: Trotz der Größe ein ruhiges Hotel, so konnten wir uns wirklich wohlfühlen. Kein Gedudel im großzügigen Foyer, Ruhe zum reichhaltigen Frühstück, entspanntes Schwimmen im wunderbar großen Pool. Habe es sofort weiterempfohlen, meine Freundin wird kommen! Bad: Das Zimmer 634 bietet zur Hälfte den Blick auf einen Betonklotz. Das große Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, das kleine nur leicht ankippen, schade.

Good: Je vais mettre ce commentaire pour les musulmans , L’hôtel était propre , personnel souriant, est professionnel. Piscine qui autorise le Burkini pour les musulman . Petit déjeuner varier , en plus ils nous a laissé prendre dans la chambre . Emplacement calme en face de lac . Coucher de soleil waw , Y’a arrêt de bus derrière l’hotel 3 min a pieds Y’a métro a 8 min a pieds . De l’aéroport on a pris le bus 100E ensuite le Metro , pour arriver a l’hôtel (30min). L’hôtel est en face d’île marguerite. Y’a un mini parc pour les enfants a coté de l’hotel. Bad: Tout va bien .

Good: Wszystko super, hotel na wysokim poziomie. Śniadanie perfekcyjne, pokój miał wszystko co jest potrzebne, czyściutko i bardzo przyjemnie. Polecam Bad: Nie ma nic takiego

Good: The room was generous. The breakfast was diversified. They were kind and everyday they put a bottle of still water in our room. I recommend bus 15 to the city center. Bad: I booked a room with Danube view. In reality we stayed at the 2nd floor and we didn't have a view to the Danube because of the trees. Maybe if we were at a higher floor we could see the Danube. We couldn't acces YouTube from the TV, we called staff for this problem but persisted. When we arrived we found in the shower cabin a plastic cover for a razor, probably from the previous guest. This makes me think that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival.

Good: Curatenie, liniste, micul dejun foarte bogat, cu multe optiuni si pentru vegetarieni, privelistea spre insula, magazin la colt. Aproape de parlament, am facut o plimbare pe faleza.

Good: Dobrá poloha v rámci mesta - blízko k Dunaju, jednoduchosť cestovania do centra taxíkom či pešo. Dlho otvorené wellness 7-22:00 - bazén, sauna, fitness. Pohodlné lobby, príjemná obsluha. Pestrý výber jedla v rámci bufetu na raňajky / aj keď sa ponúka veľmi neobmieňa, bolo si stále z čoho vybrať. Bad: Niektoré časti hotela majú zub času. Pre niekoho možno stiesnenejšie priestory na izbe a v kúpeľni. V kúpeľni s toaletou nebolo možné zapnúť samostatne odvetravanie.

Good: V tomto hoteli sme boli druhýkrát a určite nie naposledy, hneď sme si chceli rezervovať Silvester, ale už je neskoro!!! Na budúci rok budeme šikovnejší. Boli sme veľmi spokojní a ďakujeme všektmým. Bad: Všetko bolo veľmi dobré.

Good: Skvělá poloha blízko centra, přímo na nábřeží Dunaje. Překrásný výhled z okna na vodárenskou věž na Margaretině ostrově a projíždějící parníky. Velmi, velmi bohatá snídaně. Bad: Postrádala jsem nějaké informace (stačil by leták na pokoji) k pravidlům užití bazénu. Je vhodné se převléknout už na pokoji, nebo využít šatnu u bazénu? Proč mi nikdo předem neřekl, že.musim mít vlasy v gumičce? Nemám s tím problém, ale chyběly mi informace...

Good: Das Frühstück war überragend. Zur Innenstadt benötigt es einen Taxi, Kosten 8-10€ was für uns klar war. Das Hotel liegt nun mal nicht im Zentrum. Was man bei Buchung ja schon auswählt. Daher war die Fahrt mit dem Taxi selbstverständlich. Zimmer sind neu renoviert, Personal super nett. Spa hätte mit Benutzt werden können. Preis Leistung unschlagbar. Bad: War alles top für einen City Trip.

Good: Svidjela nam se veličina soba i postavljeni dodatni krevet za našeg sina. Doručak je bio raznovrstan, a osoblje strpljivo i susretljivo pogotovo s nama, roditeljima s dvoje male djece. Bad: Više sadržaja za djecu, poput igraonice i vanjskog igrališta te bogatiji spa sadržaji.

Good: Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej okolicy, ale jednocześnie niedaleko od centrum. Śniadania świetne - każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Czysto. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Bad: Łóżka - średnio wygodne. W jacuzzi mogłoby być trochę czyściej

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent years. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable room to the excellent breakfast and outstanding customer service. The hotel was quiet, clean, and provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and their attention to detail made a real difference. I left with very positive memories and would not hesitate to stay here again whenever I return to the area.

Good: Amazing hotel! We stayed with our family for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. Every day there was a great variety at breakfast, and it was absolutely brilliant. We had an extra bed, and even that was comfortable, just as good as the main bed. The hotel was very clean and had an excellent swimming pool and spa. The location and the view were amazing, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is also close to many public transportation options. I strongly recommend this hotel! Bad: There was nothing major we didn’t like.

Nice hotel. Service is good.

Location is out of town, but very good bus service 75/79 1 stop and you are ar M3 ( blue line) or 75 towards parliament or margarita island bridge. Staff excellent everything with a smile,and not a fake smile but a genuine happy to help smile. Room for us is great we got 1 with a balcony so coffee in the morning over looking margarite island, or a beer at night watching the sun set. All in all a fantastic 10 days stay.

Good: Mimo zaniedbanej elewacji i otoczenia hotelu (ogród, parking), wnętrze i posiłki bardzo dobre i czyste. SPA i basen z osobnymi nieckami o różnych temperaturach wody pozwalają naprawdę dobrze wypocząć po całodziennym zwiedzaniu miasta. Klimatyzacja cicha i sprawna. Dobra komunikacja miejska z centrum miasta. Bad: Widok na rzekę z okna na 4 piętrze zasłaniają drzewa :-o

Absolutely great. I was there for a few days, and had time of my life. Service is very friendly and helpful. Food is great, room standard is also great. I can't say a single bad word about my stay, and I will surely come back and tell others.

45 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the bus station to the ice rink and the city park, for those who like to walk, the location is great, a nice walk by the river, Vaci Street is very close, maybe 5 minutes the food is fantastic, the pools are good, the gym is very good

Good: Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. W pokojach czysto i codziennie sprzątane. Na basenie czysto, można i popływać i posiedzieć w ciepłej wodzie. Bad: Moim zdaniem parking dla gości powinien być bezpłatny, ale tak nie jest.

Good: Výborný bazén. Vynikající snídaně, gluten-free koutek k dispozici. Větší apartmá jsme nikde jinde neměli. Vybavení výborné. Nádherný výhled. Bad: Měli jsme nejdražší pokoj, přesto bylo nefunkční osvětlení v místnosti. Povolání hotelový opraváři a nedokázali ho opravit.

Good: We had an amazing stay, and luckily, drom another place they canceled my booking, so we will be back in 2 more weeks. Bad: We just loved everything. The guests should return the charger adaptors.

Good: Location, nice food, nice jacuzzi, steam room small but on week days it is not an issue. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurant and bar. Nice to have water with lemon available to refresh ourselves. Bad: It is not in control of the staff but there was noise for quite a long time in another room....as for the dog, no bowl, no bed....it is too expensive for no service to the dog. Cleaning cannot justify only the price. Otherwise nothing to report as negative.

Good: I loved everything about this place: the staff, the location, the room, the comfort, the view of our balcony room. We had everything we could possibly need. The food at the restaurant was good, the portions large, although the prices are a bit too high. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and great food. Overall a fantastic experience.
