Good: Second visit to this lovely hotel, very relaxing. Spa great, garden space is good to have also. Room was nice decor and comfy. Staff friendly and professional. Clean and modern. We had a lovely evening meal in the hotel, very nice staff! Breakfast was good also. Bad: Being English, I love my tea! There was lots of fruit tea’s etc. but no breakfast tea at breakfast!

Good: Mimo, ze hotel nie jest najnowszy to po remoncie jest w srodku doskonały. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu termalnego jest doskonałym dodatkiem po ciężkim dniu pracy. Doskonały bufet śniadaniowy. Bardzo przyjemne i nowoczesne pokoje szczególnie z widokiem na rzekę. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy, niezła pizzeria na wynos oraz 5 minut od hotelu mała restauracja z gyrosem. Ma bardzo dobre opinie. Obok hotelu ścieżka rowerowa wzdłuż rzeki. Polecam wziac hulajnoge Lime i w 5 minut dojechać do centrum. To był mój drugi nocleg i chetnie wybiorę jeszcze raz. Profesjonalnie pracownicy recepcji a także wszyscy inni. Bad: Wszystko super.

Good: Udsigten til floden, og muligheden at sidde på en balkon. Beliggenheden var også dejlig, og rimelig tæt på alting. Bad: At der var koldt på værelset. Centralvarmen var ikke sat på, så man kunne ikke regulere varmen. Vi fik heldigvis ekstra dyner.

Good: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the banks of Danube and the room has a great view. It has a spa with 3 pools with different temperature ranging from normal swimming temperature to a hot pool. It is open till early morning till 22:00 which is really great. We totally enjoyed the spa. The food is also great, both for breakfast and for dinner and the staff is really nice. The internet connection is very good. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot with sufficient space. It is also close to the city center. We totally enjoyed our stay and I fully recommend the hotel. Bad: There were no double beds available when we booked so we had to settle for two separate beds. The beds are very light so they move easily with the lightest push. If double beds are always sold out, and twin bed rooms remain available, that means that you need to reduce the number of twin beds and increase the number of double beds. The toilet flushing system is poorly constructed so flushing the toilet usually does not clear the contents of the toilet bowl and you have to use the toilet brush every single time. The shower cabin is long and the shower is on one side of the cabin, while the switch for the shower is on the other side so you have to move to turn it on and off.

Hotel in posizione non troppo centrale, ma comunque vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus ed a 7-8 minuti dalla metro. Molto apprezzate le piscine riscaldate, che dopo una giornata a visitare la città permettono di rilassarsi alla grande

Good: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly perfect, right by the Danube River offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of variety and good quality, so there was always something enjoyable to choose from, The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and included a balcony, which was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center were also good, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. Another big advantage is the easy access to public transportation - both the bus and metro stations are just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around Overall, this hotel combines comfort, good food and an ideal location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Bad: One negative point during my stay was the attitude of one of the female staff members at the reception. She was very unfriendly, impatient and responded in an unprofessional manner. When I explained that I had arrived early in the morning due to my flight and kindly asked if it was possible to check in earlier if a room was available (even offering to pay an extra fee), she very harshly replied that check-in is only at 3 PM and that there were no rooms available at that moment. In addition, I had submitted a request for early check-in through Booking.com well in advance (about two months before my arrival), but I never received any response from the hotel.

Good: Excellent. A lot of choices! Bad: Would have preferred my room on a higher floor. Last two times when I stayed here, I was on the 5th floor. Stairwell configuration is a bit odd, having to go up via the conference area and then up a separate stairwell to the first floor where my room was located.

Good: Good swimming pools, breakfast and food in Yellow cafe was tasty. Bathrobes and slippers make your walk to the swimming pool easy. River view is amazing. I liked the Outside terrace with access to the river.

Sobe savršene i čiste, bazeni odlični, hrana vrhunska. Sve pohvale za hotel, nismo pronašli niti jednu zamjerku. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i spremno pomoći. Sve pohvale za hotel i osoblje hotela.

Good: Il posto la vicinanza con la metro e il mercato. Ottimo hotel 4 stelle superiorr. Mezza pensione con menù a buffet cibi buoni e diverse scelte e flute di champagne. Bad: Purtroppo li scarico del wc della stanza accanto non ci ha fatto dormire di notte. L hotel non ha mostrato particolare interesse a un cenno di rimborso o altro. E pensare che abbiamo speso 450€ per 2 notti.

Good: De l'extérieur, l'hôtel ne paraît pas top. Mais des qu'on franchit le seuil de l'entrée, on est agréablement surprise par le décor, l'odeur du propre, c'est vraiment magnifique. Good: Renovated hotel located right by the river. Excellent spot for starting a morning run. Breakfast was great. The bathroom is small, and the bed a bit too soft for my taste. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, with generous portions. The spa is a bit dated, but everything works, and we enjoyed relaxing in the water. Overall, it was a pleasant 3-day stay, and I might return. The only minor issue was with early check-in – the receptionist hesitated, but in the end, we got our room about 20 minutes before the official time. Bad: Free early check-in

Good: Hotel Helia is located on right bank of Danube river. Perfect wellness, posh breakfast and very clean and luxury rooms servers to to enjoy the stay in beautiful Budapest city. I am always coming back to this hotel being in Budapest and all service is always on highest level. I can recommend it especially for business trips.

Good: The hotels breakfast and spa are great! The room is not a 4* level. Max 3*. The furniture is dormitory level. The location is a 10 minutes walk to the Metro and 4 metro stops to the center. If you want a great location to walk , this hotel is not the best. But if you with a car it has parking. Bad: The room.

Good: Sehr großes Hotel mit häufigen großen Veranstaltungen, dennoch insgesamt ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Blick auf die Donau. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, täglich eine Flasche Wasser, Sitzecke vorhanden. Frühstück umfangreich, leider war das Personal oft überfordert mit dem Nachlegen der Speisen und dem Abräumen der Tische. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, laut Booking und Hotel Web Site 12 Euro täglich, unser Parkschein wurde aber nach 5 Tagen einfach entwertet und wir brauchten nichts bezahlen. Schöner Spa Bereich mit mehreren Becken mit unterschiedlicher Wassertemperatur und verschiedene Saunen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (in Budapest NICHT das Auto benutzen, da Parken sehr teuer und schwer zu finden ist) ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, verschiedene Linien mit sehr engem Takt, Zeitkarten sehr günstig. Bad: Die Kaffeetassen beim Frühstück sind sehr klein, so dass es ein ständiges Gerenne zum Nachfüllen gibt und sich an den Automaten kleine Schlangen bilden.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was in orde en het ontbijt was meer als voldoende. Het zwembad is wat verouderd maar is nog steeds goed.

Good: The location is within walking distance of the City. The spa is excellent and available at no extra cost. Bad: Whilst the reception staff were very friendly and helpful the restaurant staff for breakfast are yet to discover the art of smiling!

Good: Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß schon ein Stück - Busstation oder M3 ist in der Nähe. Tolle Aussicht auf die Donau.

Good: Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Loved the room with new interior, it was also cleaned regularly. Bad: Location is not that central but the overall hotel experience there balanced that out.

Good: Restaurant alle sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Auswahl an Speisen sehr gut und sehr lecker. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, überhaupt Abendessen sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Bad: Um die Sauna dürfte sich niemand kümmern. Der Aufenthalt in der Sauna war fast unerträglich; mangels Durchlüftung hat man das Gefühl das man erstickt und das es gleich zu brennen beginnt, Barfuß am Holz oder wenn man mit der Haut am Holz ankommt, verbrennt man sich! Auch die Trennung Mann Frau finde ich nachteilig wenn man mit dem Partner Urlaub macht. Pool Bar war überhaupt nicht intakt. Hätten sehr gerne etwas konsumiert!

Good: The Hotel is comfortable, facilities are good, location right on the Danube a short walk into city centre. Bistro is lovely and bistro staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread is glorious. A brilliant selection of foods. Easy to be healthy or indulgent depending on your preference. I wasn't impressed by the dinner buffet. Compared to breakfast it was a let down. My recommendation would be stick to the yellow bistro if you're eating dinner at the hotel. Do check out the cake selection there too.

Good: Descriere înșelătoare. Accesul spa este inclus în preț, după ce plătești vezi că este vorba de 2 ore dimineața foarte devreme sau seara târziu. Parcare exista dar ulterior afli ca e cu plată. La micul dejun te întâmpină pe masă lista de preturi de la cafea.

Good: Kreveti su udobni. Sobe su prostrane i ciste. Dorucak je izvrstan. Bad: Saune su razdvojene na muske i zenske. Pravilo je da se ne ulazi u kupacem u saunu. Iako se hotel nalazi pored Dunava, ipak je malo izdvojeniji od centra, nekih 2.5km. Zvucna izolacija je losa, tako da ako imate bucne susede nocu, necete se naspavati.

Good: As usual, when in Budapest, we choosed Danubius for our stay. And also, as usual, it confirmed our expectations : starting with the gentleman at the front office (with perfect english and great attitude) continuing with the clean room and beautifuly refurbished , the extra bed for my daughter, the pools and the fabulous breakfast (and the personnel that does a great job in the breakfast room). Bad: The room was a little to cold for my taste.

Good: Al hotel se puede llegar facilmente de la estación de trenes con el Metro. Linea 3 y luego caminar como 10 minutos. Al frente del Hotel hay un Supermercado y un Rossmann. El desayuno es excelente y el personal amable. Las piscinas agradables y el sauna relajante. Un hotel para volver!

Good: L'albergo molto bello all'interno, lo staff alla reception molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Le piscine decisamente all'altezza per un 4 stelle. La camera era spaziosa, letti comodi e puliti. la nostra partenza è stata in piena notte, ci hanno preparato i sacchetti per la colazione che non avremmo potuto fare, attenzione molto apprezzata. Colazione veramente eccezionale, ricca per tutti i gusti, sia dolce che salato. Bad: Lascia un po' a desiderare la pulizia delle stanze, hanno lasciato il secchiello del ghiaccio per tutto il soggiorno, con l'acqua dentro. Non hanno svuotato il cestino del bagno(era pieno), non hanno rimesso l amenities che erano state utilizzate (ovatta e cotton fiocc) e credo non abbiamo passato a fondo l aspirapolvere, aspetto da migliorare

Amazing property for staying with Danubius Review View...Refreshing in the mornings and evenings

Good: Lit ultra confort, petit dej excellent et varié, piscine sauna hammam accès avec la nuit d'hôtel inclus. Parfait pour la détente Bad: À notre arrivée nous avons dû signaler la présence de cheveux par terre dans la chalet dans la salle de bain. Nettoyage fait rapidement... dommage pour un si bel hôtel. Le Nettoyage a été fait 30 min après notre réclamation. Le papier toilette manquait aussi un peu après 3 jours et on en a pas remis.... sinon le changement d'essuie et vidage des poubelles avait été fait.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would be delighted to come back. It was easy to get around the city and to the Hungaroring (we stayed over the F1 weekend) from the hotel. Stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size (family of 4), with a lovely bathroom and amazing view of the Danube. Food was delicious at the hotel - we very much enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and also ate an evening meal there. The pools were a huge hit too! Overall, fantastic, and would 100% recommend to anyone considering a visit!

Good: Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bad etwas klein aber absolut ausreichend. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine rießige Auswahl. Mit den Scootern (Parkplatz in Hotelnähe) kommt man auf den super ausgebauten Radwegen rasch in das Zentrum. Der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und lädt zum entspannen ein. Bad: Teilweise waren die eigentlich warmen Speisen beim Frühstück kalt. Das Abendbuffet war sehr lecker jedoch auch hier teilweise kalte Speisen und das direkt nach dem öffnen des Buffet.

Login page forces a user to subscribe to the newsletter, which is in fact not necessary. Collection of email addresses of all users, including kids is really not necessary and maybe it is against GDPR.
