Termination of membership
VI/1. You may cancel your Danubius EuroPoints membership at any time by emailing dep@danubiushotels.com (newsletter@danubiushotels.com for the newsletter).
VI/2. Danubius terminates the Danubius EuroPoints membership if the member:
a.) violates the Danubius EuroPoints terms and conditions described in this document;
b.) cancels the membership in writing and sends the card to Danubius Customer Service;
c.) does not collect points on the card or no points are used for services for three years;
d.) does not give approval to the handling of his/her data;
e.) in the case set out in point VII/4.
When membership is terminated for any of the above reasons, all unused points will be lost upon cancellation of membership.
