Good: Lovely new room, lovely wellness center, breakfast was great, staff were friendly. Nice bathroom too. Bad: I could have done with a proper desk in my room to work from. The air-conditioning in my room didn't work.

We loved this hotel! it was one of the few hotels that we stayed in while in Europe that had a refrigerator. The in hotel Dining options are amazing. we ate 70 percent of our meals at the hotel restaurant. The spa is incredible and the staff make you feel so comfortable. The hotel is right on the river with walking trails along the road. It was a great experience and we hope to stay there again!

Great service, helpful stuff. Nice location by the river, 20 minutes walk from the train station. We asked to stay an hour over the check out time to enjoy the pool, no issue for the hotel.

Good: I read some bad reviews on this hotel so I was a little worried but wow nothing could be further from the truth. From the moment we arrived to a smiling concierge gentleman, who dealt with two very tired travellers (over 10hours driving). We were a little dishevelled and no judgement was taking, only the warmth of a welcome, the most comfy bed, room with aircon and a much needed sleep. The bed was so heavenly we forgot to wake up for breakfast lol. Parking was only 13euros overnight in a barrier carpark. We could have used the spa facilities but we were just so tired so we will for sure return. Even just for the receptionist & comfy bed lol. Bad: Not a complaint but the bathroom a little small, my husband has a problem with his leg and struggled to get into the bath for the shower but he did it.

Good: All of it! Very good value for money. Bad: Could have done without the carpets, they were a bit smelly. The showerhead pointed towards the wall. A bit strange but fine :)

Hotel was just right for our needs. Good location, friendly staff and the pool and health spa provided a welcome break from our sightseeing. First class!

Good: Big whirlpool (automatic pauses and starts) Bad: Just a little confusion at check-in. The lady was very nice, but asked for my payment method for the mini-bar - which later on proofed to be nonexistent "due to corona situation". Then, the light for breakfast room goes out at 10:00, which wasn't common practice to me, but we were allowed to take the unfinished sandwich withus, that makes it alright again.

Good: The danube view is fantastic, the room is very big, and the gym&spa are very nice. The food at the breakfast is very tasty. Bad: The location is a bit far from Budapest main touristic attractions. However, the hotel area is quiet and perfect for relaxing.

Good: The breakfast was great, met all our expectations. The room was nice and comfortable and very clean. The staff was nice and polite. The spa is ideal for relax also with kids, its included in the price from 7 am to 10 pm anytime. The location of the hotel is also great-just a 8 min short walk from the Metro station, but far enough to not see the omnipresent tourist crowds. The view on the Danube, Margarethe island and Buda villas was in nice contrast with the metropolitan rush. Bad: The bathroom was a bit outdated and small. The spa was crowded in the morning with elderly locals, was not able to swim, but that can happen anywhere (it was nice to see the elderly taking care of their bodies and exercise to be able to walk and function in everyday life). The spa shower had some mould in corners..

Good: The pool is heated, like a thermal bath. Normally hotels have cold water pools that my children can’t swim in, but this one was super warm. The beds are huge and we didn’t really need a triple room for us (2+2). Totally recommend this hotel in Budapest!

Good: The hotel was nice, room was clean and wellness center is really nice and big. Breakfast is a great option with a lot of variety. Pools are clean and with great temperature for a relax evening. Bad: We ate one night in the hotel and while the service was ok, food took ages to be served.

Nestled in a charming locale, it boasts a prime location just opposite an island on Danube with a magnificent view from hotel windows The hotel also good in terms of its proximity to public transportation. A bus operates directly from the hotel, and a metro line is conveniently within walking distance. While it's true that the hotel is somewhat removed from the city center, it remains remarkably easy to reach thanks to these transport links. Upon our late-night arrival, we discovered that our room's air conditioner was not functioning. Despite the late hour, the hotel staff addressed the issue promptly and professionally. They sent technicians to verify that the air conditioner was indeed faulty, and when it couldn't be fixed, they kindly offered to move us to another room. During our departure day, we had to leave early, and hotel staff prepared and packaged our breakfast ahead, which was a gesture we greatly appreciated. Bad: -

Good: The location was excellent and as we arrived early and left late we were fully assisted with leaving our luggage and using the hotel facilities. The view from our balcony was beautiful.

Bad: No menu card in the room or information booklet - I called room service at 22:10 asking for room service (pre-booking info said room service available) only to be told that the kitchen is closed.

Great spot for a conference. The hotel provided most of what was needed and was only a few steps from the river. The view was nice and relaxing. The food was ample an fantastic.

Bad: we got DBL that had a connectional door for the next room. that’s why it was uncomfortable because of noice. lets offer it only for families 2x DBL with this door connection. don’t make if for independent guests.

Good: Good location, just by the river. Great ambient, quality personnel ready to help in any time. Good breakfast with a lot of choices, accompanied with coffee, tea and juices. Great closed pools with variations of water temperature, from big pool for swimming to small poll with hot water and bubbles. Bad: In time of reservation there was mistake on Booking, closed pools were separated in 4 categories (there is 4 pools), and for one it says that it is working until 23:00 every day, which was mistake that we learned hard way... If you pay 150e for room for night you can expect to get free parking space, not to pay extra for it, parking is open (not a garage), car is not secure from rain, leaves and flowers, birds.

Bad: Issues with TV. The screen froze very often and it was necessary to restart it.

Good: Nice clean rooms with bath, close to city center (like 20 mimutes by walk) Solid wifi, smart tv and coffe set available. Pool accesible whole day included in price. There are three pools, two of them are 38 -35 degrees warm, one with whirlpool part. Almost no kids around, so it was very relaxing stay for us. Pools are big enough and they was not covered with ppl. Great breakfasts. There is no minibar in room, but grocery shop is stright behind hotel. Staff at breakfasts and reception was very nice and helpful. Bad: Lobby bar is not very comfortable, staff was not friendly there and drinks and food is not worth the price. Bar in wellness area is closed. We use to have at least coffee or some nice lemonade while we stay whole day at the pool and there is no possibility at least bring something from lobby bar. Not very nice view. We got back room even those with view at Danube river are promoted. Anyway still it was very nice stay.

Good: From beginning to end it was special stay, staff did their best fo make us comfortable. Breakfast was so nice and special and tasty with various choices. Loved swimming pools, salt cave, view of river was special. Bad: I don't have anything to put on this list.

Good: Very nice hotel, not far from city center (via public transport). the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bad: the prices of the additional services were higher than expected, however they were high quality.

Good: Everything was great, food and apartman also wellness, but what was missing the glassis for the water.

Good: We had a room with a view of the Danube which was pretty awesome to be able to sit by the window and watch the sun set over the Danube. Comfortable bed but pillows were terrible. Great pool area with spa.. massage facilities which made it a point of difference to relax after a day of sightseeing. Beautiful grand piano with relaxing music. There were multiple lounge areas to relax and have a glass of wine or a bite to eat. Staff were very helpful and anything you asked them it was done promptly. Fantastic buffet breakfast, so many choices for any taste buds. Great coffee ☕ Bad: We travelled in April so just in spring but the hotel advertised air conditioning but it's not turned on until summer which made the room a little stuffy at night. While we could open the window slightly, we then had traffic noise. Even after asking staff to possibly put the air-conditioning on it's policy to turn on in the summer months only. Just a little peeved it's not mentioned on their website.

I want to thank the staff for the warm hospitality, the food was great, the rooms were clean. Because we left early to the airport we couldn't make it to breakfast and the staff prepared an early breakfast for us without us even asking which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good: The service and the attitude of the staff was high standard. In every departement we have felt our self as guests in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast with wide range, spa with great options, amazing massage, unique salt cave experience, delicious food in the bar/restaurant, huge bed in the room, view with Donau river, available parking place in front of the hotel etc. Everything was suitable to enjoy our stay, and just relax. Bad: The room with the bathroom was a bit old fashioned for the eyes. Clean and well equipped but not modern. Lobby, spa and Restaurant have been already renovated and new. I guess rooms are the next step. But that was only an issue for the outfit, for the look. Room was spotless and comfortable.

I like this hotel very much.👌 The hotel is nearby the bus station 1 min walk, which takes you to the metro station 5 min only. The staff, Reception, housekeeping, service, and SPA people were all professional. The room is good in size and it has a very beautiful View of the river. The room service is fast 👌 Good prices, I hope these prices never increase

Good: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The rooms were great as well as breakfast which offers a lot of options (even lactose fee options, which was so nice) and there is a nice in-house bistro with good food. The location is really good, calm area next to Daube river but close to bus and metro station. Spa facilities were nice, as expected - 3 pools and 2 saunas. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is excellent value for money.
