Good: i really liked breakfast, room service and the view from my room. should be mentioned Amazing polite service and staff. Bad: there were not toothpaste and toothbrush which is essential for stay and also soap.

Good: Everything about this hotel was excellent: the staff was efficient, helpful and friendly; the whole hotel, including my room were warm (in spite of the sub-zero temperature outside); the wifi worked very well; the price was excellent; the location perfect for what I needed to do. There are bars and restaurants n the local area and I went to those. A great stay in Budapest. Bad: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Good: The location of the hotel is excellent, well connected with other parts of the city by public transport. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. The room was quite big and had a lovely view of the main train station. The hotel offers paid parking, which is quite nice in Budapest (as parking isn't that easy to come by in the city). Bad: The room could have been cleaned better, especially the bathroom. There was no paper on the toilet marking it being sanitized before our arrival (as you usually see in hotels) and there was some hair in the toilet itself. There was also some hair in the bathtub. The towels were changed daily, but on some days not al the towels we got were completely clean. Also, it took several minutes for hot water to come each time we took a shower, probably due to the room being on the seventh floor.

Good: 1.Great value for the money 2. Great location, good connection to different parts of city with busses and metro 3. We came early and we got a room before 3pm, which was super nice from staff. Bad: 1. The hotel is located close to the busy road so you can hear cars passing by. I wouldn't say it's too distracting (they also give you earplugs), but maybe not for someone that needs complete quiet when sleeping.

Good: Very close to the rail and tube stations and a small supermarket. Had a slight dated feel but nothing major and it was better than many in the city. The breakfast was superb and had a wide choice of foods available, well worth having. Bad: There was a lot of noise by other customers running up and down the corridor outside the room and knocking on the door. This was frequent from 9pm to midnight and again at 3.30am. Cameras or staff patrols might have solved this or acted as a deterrent.

Location of this hotel is amazing. Hotel is really clean! Service is on the highest level. I was really satisfied with the breakfast! Highly recommend! ☺️

Good: Just about everything. Room was big, bed was excellent, had a kettle for coffee. Bad: Can't think of anything.

Good: A professional staff, as expected from a proper international hotel. The room was spacious and we got a bigger one than expected even though the hotel was full of guests. It was also well-heated. The bus stop just in front of the hotel was helpful to reach the centre quickly Bad: Nothing to complain about. It may require some freshening up, though.

Good: The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and beautiful. When we asked for our room to be cleaned we realised the room was cleaned but the bathing tub was not. Good: The room was nice. Very clean but was a little warm. It was nice to be able to open the window and let some cool aire in. I had laundry done and it came back in record time. Exceeded my expectations Bad: The room was a little warm like i could have turned on the AC but being able to open the window took care of that.

Good: I liked everything about this hotel, its historic and very nice from the inside. My room was big and confortable. All the staff i met were nice and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety and well organized. The location was a bit far from attractions but walkable. I totally recommend this hotel. Bad: On the check-out day, the cleaning lady knocked on my door and said "let's go" i told her i don't have to go before 11:00h, which she of course knows. Therefore, i did not understand her purpose besides trying to finish her work early

I stayed here for a night (25th), and was truly blown away by the cleanliness, service and the hospitality. There are so many tiny details that make you feel comfortable and welcomed such as cookies, tea and coffee in the room, fresh, perfectly tucked in bedding that smells like heaven, clean air condition filters, pen and papers for notes, folded toilet paper rolls as a sign that it's a brand new roll that nobody else touched, shower caps and earplugs in the bathroom that is so clean that you can say it's sterile. The bed is comfortable, there are enough pillows that aren't paper-thin, and there aren't any noises even tho the main street and metro is just outside the hotel. The room is big, the furniture is new and up to date, while it keeps the vintage Hungarian style, and if you need a fridge, there's a quite huge one. Also, the internet is stable and fast. The breakfast area can be crowded if you get there too late, but still you'd be able to find a place to sit and eat in a few minutes. The food is diverse and tasty. Nothing I could ever complain about when it comes to this hotel, 10/10 recommend it to anyone. P.S. Whoever takes care of rooms on the 6th floor (670), deserves a bonus and I thank her/him very much for dedicated work and effort.

Bad: I didn’t like the fact that the staff probably Housekeeping was slamming the doors early morning and sometimes in the evening as well!They was talking very loud on the corridors!They service our room every day but,they refill just half of the things!Example the coffee,we had one decaff and one normal but they just put one,for example just decaff,they forget the normal one!The still water the y never refill it anymore the bottle!

Good: Budapest has excellent transportation infrastructure. And this hotel is situated almost inside of metro :)

This is a good hotel because it is very near to the train station and some 30 minutes away from the city centre. The rooms are clean and spacious the beds are very comfortable. However the furniture is a little old-fashioned but we did not mind that. The bathroom is also spacious and clean with the towels and all the toiletries. The room is cleaned every day. We had breakfast in the hotel and I can say it is excellent you can choose from various dishes such as eggs, sausages, different delicatessen, fresh bread and pastry, cheese, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juices, fresh fruits and salads. All in all it a place where we would return.

It is in a convenient area . The food is very good at the bar . Transportation is close.

Good: Beds were sooooooo comfortable, I slept better than at home, room is clean, big shampoo and shower gel..fridge, was ready at 11am, staff was very helpful, destination is great, 3 metro lines, buses for center, etc. Bad: Big window but we had a view of a hotel, and backyard, do nothing but a windows from neighbours, but we only spent nights, beacuse we were sightseeing all day, so that is not that important!

Walked by hotel twice without seeing it. Needs sign that stands out.

Good: Central location, exceptionally clean and cosy room, and great breakfast interms of quality and variety. I would definitely love to stay at this place again. Bad: It's not really too bad, but I believe the reception staff can smile a little more and show more energy in their work.. I arrived around 20hrs and I had to wait for approx 20mins to be checked-in because the 2 receptionists on duty were busy checking in some groups that arrived before. May be it will be a good idea to have more receptionists on duty or find a more efficient way of registering groups to avoid delays at the reception desk. The staff at the breakfast were great. For the two breakfasts I had there, they were always welcoming and smiling.

Great location, right next to the Keleti Train station. Beautiful view of the station. The hotel is a little old, but clean and the bed is very comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Good: The hotel is in the center, close to the beautiful keleti train station. City center is 20 minutes approx on foot, and there is a metro station just outside. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very kind. Totally recommended! Thank you for the stay! Bad: Since it is near a train + metro station, the area of the hotel is quite dirty, with homeless and beggars.
