Good: Very friendly staff we met, the room was good enough, we had airconditioner and a small fridge. Location is superb. Bad: The bed was a bit too soft and cleaning services never came during our 5 days stay, even when we put the sign to ask for cleaning. It was a bit noise because of the thin walls, so we could clearly hear the neighbours and the gym had no airconditioner, so it was extremely hot in there.

Good: This hotel was in a fantastic location. So so beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and easy to access. One of the very few places that cater for families consisting of 2 adults with 3 children rather than 2+2. Although i had a message saying they had sold out of parking when we arrived staff informed us that parking outside front of the hotel was available and payable by app. They helped me download the right app and advised me what i needed to do. It was easy and the area felt secure enough.

Hotel is little bit older, but nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. They have nice restaurant with tasty food and nice beer selection. Parking close to hotel is not cheap, but 10 minutes walking from hotel is really good parking house for just 1200 huf per day on Revai Someting street.

I guess with all the previous, uncountable, reviews everything has already been mentioned many times over. It almost feels like second home by now. With Trip.com Diamond status the price/quality ratio is simply unbeatable in the Györ-Moson-Sopron area...even during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend. Nevertheless slowly, but steady wear and tear clearly starts to show in the bathroom.

Good: The location is excellent, with a variety of shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. Additionally, the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Bad: Nothing to mention.

Good: Really great location, comfy room and the Belgian restaurant attached to the hotel is really good - great fish&chips and beers. The hotel is also pet friendly and this is something I really appreciate. Bad: Although we have reserved parking, there was no availability when we arrived after 9h on the road. (We could not fit in the underground parking because of the Thule but no one asked before.) However, we found a multi level public parking close by, so all good in the end.

Good: The superior plus room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and two chairs and a table. The air conditioning was amazingly effective, which was fabulous during the heatwave. The curtains were effective for ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant has a café terrace which is shady and perfect for relaxing. So cl9se to the Old Town and train station. Bad: There were regular, odd machinery noises which interrupted our sleep.

Good: The place was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. Bundás kenyér is one of my favorite dishes. We have similar egg coated fried bread throughout Eastern Europe, and my father loves it as well, so it was a wonderful surprise to see it included in the breakfast selection.

Good: Near at train station accessible to other establishment. Bad: No smart Tv that connect to internet like NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, Primer video that can enjoy watching movies only cables channels they have.

Good: The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. Breakfast was great. But the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff, which is kind, accomodating, helpful and speaking perfect english. I hivhly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Gyor, especially families with children. Great restaurant as well. Bad: NA

Good: My 2nd stay, staff are fabulous and very professional, rooms are very clean and well equipped ***** Bad: Nothing everything was perfect.

Good: Room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. Staff was friendly. I arrived late and the concierge was kind enough to suggest using the public parking outside - free at night pay only in the morning - which would've been cheaper than their private underground parking as it was only for a night. Pet friendly, however there was a charge of about 20€ I had to pay on top. Bad: I was not aware of the extra pet charge, however I may have missed it listed in the hotel instructions as I booked last minute and did not have time to read through.

Good: The location was excellent Old but tidy and clean The staff were kind and helpful Bad: At breakfast it was not acceptable in an eating area to have 3 separate customers bringing in dogs to the eating area. Even one dog trying to sniff my legs. If the hotel accept animals, they should have a separate area for them. It cannot be hygienic to have 3 different customers who all had dogs in a breakfast room.

Good: Almost everything. Great location and price, room was cozy and had AC. I stayed here as a pitstop between Vienna and Budapest, best decision i've made. Breakfast was really good, lots of food that will make you satisfied. Bad: They've already renovated the bathrooms in the premium rooms and i hope the standard also gets one, it's no big deal but it needs some changes, it's a little bit old.

Good: The hotel is located in the city center, right next to the historic city center. The hotel staff is very professional and they do their job well. At the reception, the cleaning service and the cooks and waiters at breakfast. The breakfasts were amazing! The hotel room comes with a bottle of water, which is nice, but also necessary the water in the bathroom was always a bit warm, therefore you can't drink cold tap water. The hotel room had air-conditioning – also necessary as it was very warm without it. Bad: The hotel room was a bit older, but it seems that other room at the floor were under reconstruction. The faucet in the shower was funny, in the middle setting the water oscillated between cold and hot. We saw some ants in the bathroom.

Good: A huge and comfortable bed and the view outside the window . Bad: No smart TV that can watch online like YouTube, Netflix, just a cable channel .

Good: Location is superior, walking distance every where. We had a beautiful view to the garden/park and to city (?) hall. Also as a a very positive bonus, hotel offered a free Finnish Sauna at the down stairs of the hotel. As a Finn I really appreciated this. And to all foreigners: yes, you are supposed to through water on the stove stones. It does not matter that the stove is electric, it is still safe and enjoyable :) I Did not try the breakfast.

Comfortable, big room, fantastic athmosphere in the room and on the corridors, excellent location and view, probably the best hotel restaurant I’ve tried - and I travel a lot! But the absolute best is all the staff’s kind, helpful an professional services. They are outstanding! Bad: The carpets look outdated, but even that couldt lower the excellent experience we had.

Very pleasant stay. Elegant hotel with good service and a some history. We had a top-floor roo. With balcony and city views. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and salt cave. It is a 20 min. walk from the old town but just 5 min. from the Nisy shopoing mall. There is a craft brewery right next door.

We spent 1 night in the hotel-it is centrally located. Possible to park on the street (payment possible via application- hotel staff helps you) or the hotel offers parking for a fee/day. We didnt use any other services. Our room (suite) was spacious, new furniture, 2 televisions.

Good: Value for money. The train station and the city hall were within walking distance. Bad: The room was advertised as 20m square, but it was smaller than that. My room cost €56.70, but the receptionist claimed that the hotel do not accept euros in coins and asked for €57. I paid her €50 + €5 in notes and two €1 coins and she accepted them. Please, if you want to accept euros in cash, you should prepare enough loose change for your guests.

I arrived at the hotel very late due to a train delay, so the close distance from the station is especially appreciated in this situation, and it feels very safe to walk around late at night. The room is as expected, clean and equipped with everything you need for a good night sleep.

I have stopped counting how often I have already stayed at the Danubius Hotel Raba in the last couple of years. Unbeatable location as well as price/quality ratio. Professional multilingual staff at Reception and in the Restaurant. Refurbished rooms with a bathtub, comfortable bed, A/C etc. Excellent breakfast.

Good: Clean, friendly staff, good last minute deal. Central location close to train station. Our room looked towards the centre and was silent. Bad: In the 5 bed room, the sofa bed and folding bed were not so comfortable. For one night, it was ok.

Good: A very good place to stay, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The hotel offers a rich and varied breakfast, which is definitely worth including in your booking. There are a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and underground, but they require reservation and come at an extra cost. For us, this was an excellent stopover location on our way to and from a ski holiday in Austria (halfway point of the trip). It offers great value for money. We discovered Győr to be a charming and elegant city, full of history, with a lovely old town that’s well worth visiting. We highly recommend this hotel and will most likely return with pleasure. Bad: The bathroom could probably use some renovations.

Good: The hotel is in the city center, close to restaurants and pedestrian streets. We had an apartment and it was big and confortable. We reserved a parking lot - it was very convenient as it snowed all night. The hotel's parking is in an underground garage across the street. It is a bit tight to get in and out. There are also payed public parking lots in front of the hotel. Bad: The bathroom is a bit worn out.

Good: Breakfast was plentiful and good. The sauna was quite good as well and was free to use. In addition the fitness center was good as well. Check in was seamless and comfortable. Location was good and right next to center. Bad: There could be a water fountain in the fitness center and sauna area, would make the experience a little better. If hotel would provide slippers and a bathrobe might go far. We did not like the bed as it was just two single beds pushed together. So when durning towards middle towards each other you might fall in and hurt yourself. IF it would be a nice double-bed with one big mattress. However, it was comfy enough.
