Clean room each day! Breakfast was great! Concierge was helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with Danubius Hotel Regents Park. What stood out most was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I had a reservation issue and the team took the time to listen, understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution. Their willingness to accommodate my request was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great hospitality with such a personal touch. Thank you to the Danubius team for your understanding and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting London.

Great location, if you want to be close to St. Johns Wood High street and Regent's Park. I got a room that felt quite dated, but comfortable, with good airconditioning. A big negative for me was the old school high tub! It must have been >2 ft high and I was scared getting in/out for fear of falling. So, I would caution older guests (like myself). Cleaning staff was very cheerful and helpful. Guest reception staff was also very helpful. The hotel is located at a major intersection (at Lord's), but the windows had good insulation and there was hardly any traffic noise

Very conveniently situated right next to Lord's Cricket Ground, St John's Wood Hight St and REgent's Park.

We were especially happy with the service in the hotel and the very clean accommodation.

Hotel is located in a great location where you can walk to Regents Parks and opposite is the Lords Cricket Ground. We had a great experience staying at the hotel, the room was clean and modern with plenty of space to walk around. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff so friendly. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and where looked after well. Definitely worth staying as everything is close by and easily to travel to.

Loved the neighborhood , easy to get around and great restaurants just a quick walk away. Hotel was spotless. Delux twin room was roomy and well laid out. I WILL most certainly be BACK. Best hotel and area I have stayed in in London for the price Thank for making our stay so easy and relaxed. .

Property was only a 10-20 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Baker St Station is a major transfer point, and just a 3-4 minute bus ride. Bus stop 2-3 minutes from property. Staff were helpful, and attentive. Property was quiet. Small convenience store right next door. Property clean and room sufficient.

I would like to commend Hichem, the concierge at the Danubius Front Office. He is truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations by a significant margin. Although I have stayed at many hotels before, I have never experienced this level of professionalism. I will most definitely be returning, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your company. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. What a magnificent hotel!!!

Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

Well positioned for Lords Cricket ground. Excellent breakfast and easy access to bus and tube.

The hotel smelt divine as you enter through reception. Very clean hotel. My 1st time at this hotel & i will be back. So close to catch the bus to Baker Street subway. Also got the bus in the other direction to Camden Market. All staff at this hotel were pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was good & more than enough choices. Bed & pillow were so comfy. Thankyou for our wonderful stay.

Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Great location! Near Regents Park so pretty walking area but also near bus and tube stops. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were not unreasonably priced for the area and food and drinks offerings very good. Included breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of offerings. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

This hotel was just wonderful. Amazing location with a bus stop opposite that got us into oxford street in under 20min. Lovely greeting from staff and gave my daughter a teddy, beautiful room And amazing breakfast. We will return.

Booking in was quick with friendly staff,room was clean & fine for short stay,breakfast was excellent great choice & well presented,we were at Lords for the cricket & the hotel was virtually opposite our entrance,lots of buses to Baker St & beyond free with my bus pass,all in all perfect

Great reception. Lobby looks great. But the room is nothing like the pictures. The room I'm staying in for the next 2 weeks needs a redo already, the paint job was done poorly.

Room was well presented and spacious.The bed was very comfortable and large. Every member of staff that we met was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. We didn't park at the hotel but noted that it was very limited. Great place to stay and would definitely use again.

Had a lovely stay in a deluxe king on one of the renovated floors. It was very quiet, I literally heard not a single sound in my room the entire stay - it was like I had the whole floor to myself. Breakfast is killer!

Clean room, excellent breakfast. Room has coffee/tea facility for a quick cup and a cookie bite. A complimentary bottle of water is also provided. Iron and ironing board also available in-room.

Good: Bed was so comfortable, line I never had something like that. Very good placed. Very nice hotel with concierge.

Good: Staff at the front desk were cooperative and provide one room out of the 3 rooms booked earlier than the check in time by understanding we are a family and reached the hotel a bit earlier. check in timing didn't take time as well as the arrangement for providing 3 rooms in the same corridor near to each other's was perfect. Location was perfect in front of regent's park and main London Islamic center "Mosque". Bus stop was few meters from the hotel. Bad: TV channels should have international verities such as main sports events.

Good: I just needed a room for the night to take a break and I live very nearby. The location is great. It did the job perfectly to for me as a place to sleep. Bad: It’s not a luxury destination.

Good: I loved the vibe of the place and staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Regent park was just over the road and we used the tube at Baker Street, which wasn't far to walk. Bad: Nothing. . . . only better pillows but that's personal choice

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The tube station is a ten minute walk. We had food at the hotel and it was lovely the breakfast in the morning. Though, was plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Good: Well located for Regent’s Park open air theatre. Although parking not guaranteed it is available for competitive rates (for London). Nice food in the restaurant (Pavillion). Breakfast was very good - wide range of food. The staff were lovely especially Marsha who was fantastic - warm, welcoming and a real pleasure to deal with. Otherwise the room was great. Bad: Our bathroom was rather small and not enough lifts as it is a dedicated hotel for cabin crew so gets busy at times.

Perfectly located for Regent’s Park Mosque, lords cricket ground and London zoo. Nice reception area, booked studio room with a view over the cricket ground. Room comfortable and clean with nice bathroom washing/shower supplies. Difficult to access the restaurant because of mobility issues but kindly served us in the cafe area which was still closed. Fab coffee btw!

Danubius Regents Park is an excellent choice, particularly so because car parking is available together with electric charging points. Great location. Everything about the hotel is perfect- staff, rooms, breakfast, restaurant. Highly recommend. Our request for room overlooking Lord’s cricket ground was fulfilled. Thank you.

Good: I love the location of the Hotel. I’ve been coming here for 4th 5th time. Its very convenient to stay here. Plus the staff is very cooperative. Bad: The Breakfast is a bit boring. Same menu everyday.

Good location, typical hotel room, did the job. We ate nearby on the High Street lots of different restaurants to choose from.

All of the staff were friendly and really helpful. We rang beforehand to arrange early check in and that had all been sorted for us before we arrived. Room was very comfortable. We both slept well. Decent buffet breakfast staff in the dining room were helpful and attentive. Concierge service was. Exceptional. Really good value for the price we paid considering it was bank holiday weekend. Well situated only 10 minutes walk to St John’s Wood’s tube station. Would definitely go back again.

Good: Staff so kind and helpful, free baggage holding too. Beautiful hotel, room spotless and the bed was divinely comfortable. Duplex room had stunning views, all the facilities you could wish for including air con and soundproofing. Looks rough from the outside but looks were deceiving and everything was as expected of a 4 star hotel. Great location as well

We had a 3 day stay at the hotel the previous week and returned because we liked it.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Shower was powerful and warm.

Older 4* property. Ticks all the boxes for cleanliness and friendly staff, but is tired around the edges. Easy bus connections to tubes and central London. Good value for £.

I've been staying here for the last three years. The location is absolutely central and close to all of London's major attractions and shopping. The staff is very very courteous and always helpful. They have always gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bright. Food at the restaurant is delicious and way above standard. Overall one of the BEST hotels in London

Good: Building doesnt look as good as the experience was. Beds were comfortable, great pillows and sheets and nice touch with cookies amd tea coffee. Viewnfrom the room was lovely to lords. bar downstairs was good. Bad: Arrived tired and the keys provided didnt work so had to return downstairs.

Great find for a trip to the zoo, Lords is right next door, the zoo is a slow 40min walk through Regents Park and Oxford St is under 2 miles away. Highly recommended based on location and the service and room were impeccable.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and great personality. The only thing is breakfast if you don't pay the 20 pounds you have no options. Just coffee or tea at the bar or in your room. I did find a get breakfast spot about a 10 minute walk away. Other then that great.

Good: Lovely location for walking around/through Regent’s Park to Zoo or Camden Town (35mins) for the northern line train/tube rather than getting the bus which was also very close. Walking or busses are great for seeing all of London architecture. We didn’t upgrade when offered as we were only there to sleep/shower/eat go out again. Wonderful help yourself breakfast. Our room was on 11th floor with a partial view of lords. Bad: Main access is on a side road rather than main roundabout access- google maps probably said that but I assumed different.

Good hotel right beside Regents Park and 15mins walk from Baker St Station. Plenty of staff about and all polite and helpful. We were in a deluxe room king and included complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, biscuits and water + bathrobe/slippers. Great buffet breakfast, loads of choice, and although busy, food all kept topped up.
